Legend IP from GE Security is the newest addition to our industry-leading integrated dome camera line, adding full frame rate streaming video to the already feature-packed product. Legend IP is fully compatible with the SymSuite family of IP-based products from GE Security.

SilkTrak™ direct drive eliminates gears and belts for improved per-formance and reliability. The closed-loop positioning technology provides preset positioning accuracy of ±0.015 degrees.

Legend IP provides a built-in MPEG-4 video encoder that provides D1 resolution at a full 30 frames per second over a 10/100BASE-T Ethernet network. The encoder also provides a data channel that allows control and programming of the dome over the network connection. Legend IP has a built-in web page that allows you to connect, view and control the dome using any PC with Microsoft Internet Explorer installed that has access to the same network. Legend IP is fully compatible with our other SymSuite products, including SymSecure, SymNav, SymDec and SymNet allowing it to be a drop-in addition to an existing IP video system.
